Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery Policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how orders placed through sipnshiftph8.com are processed, packaged, shipped and delivered.

SIP N SHIFT PH8 is operated by PH8 Holdings Inc. (“Sip n Shift PH8,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer right or remedy available under applicable law.

1. Shipping destinations

We currently ship to destinations that are available during checkout.

Available shipping destinations may include:

  • Canadian provinces and territories;
  • The United States; and
  • Selected international destinations.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier restrictions and inventory location.

If your location is not available at checkout, contact us before placing an order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to ship to every country or region.

Products marked Canada Inventory are fulfilled from Canada unless otherwise disclosed.

Products marked Philippines Inventory, Philippines Coming Soon or similar wording may have separate availability, pricing, payment and delivery terms. The Philippine operation is not considered active for online fulfillment until expressly stated on the website.

2. Order-processing time

In-stock orders are normally prepared for shipment within 2 to 4 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or statutory holidays.

Processing may take longer during:

  • Product launches;
  • Major sales or promotions;
  • Holiday periods;
  • Severe weather;
  • Unusually high order volumes;
  • Payment-verification reviews; or
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Processing time is separate from the carrier’s estimated delivery time.

An order is not considered shipped until it has been transferred to the carrier and, where applicable, a shipping confirmation has been issued.

3. Shipping rates

Shipping rates are displayed during checkout before the customer submits the order.

Rates may be based on:

  • Destination;
  • Package dimensions;
  • Package weight;
  • Shipping service;
  • Order value;
  • Insurance or liability coverage;
  • Signature requirements; and
  • Applicable carrier surcharges.

Shipping charges may change when carriers update their prices.

Any free-shipping promotion will be subject to the conditions displayed with that promotion, including eligible destinations, products and minimum purchase amounts.

Unless otherwise stated, free shipping applies only to standard shipping and does not include customs duties, import taxes, remote-area charges or optional expedited services.

4. Shipping carriers

We may ship orders using Canada Post or another suitable postal, courier or delivery provider.

The available carrier and service level may depend on:

  • Delivery destination;
  • Product value;
  • Package dimensions;
  • Service availability;
  • Delivery speed;
  • Tracking availability; and
  • Insurance or liability-coverage requirements.

We reserve the right to select or change the carrier when reasonably necessary, provided the replacement service is appropriate for the order.

5. Estimated delivery times

Delivery estimates are shown during checkout or provided in the shipping confirmation where available.

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and accepted by the carrier.

Estimated delivery periods are not guaranteed unless the selected carrier service expressly includes a delivery guarantee.

Delivery may be delayed by:

  • Weather;
  • Customs processing;
  • Transportation interruptions;
  • Labour disputes;
  • Peak shipping volumes;
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses;
  • Remote-location service limitations;
  • Carrier network disruptions;
  • Government restrictions; or
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

Where applicable law gives the customer a cancellation, refund or other remedy because of delayed or failed delivery, that legal right will apply.

6. Tracking information

Tracking information will be provided when the selected shipping service includes tracking.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours after shipment to display movement in the carrier’s system.

Some low-cost international or letter-mail services may provide limited tracking or no tracking. Any lack of tracking will be disclosed during checkout where reasonably possible.

Customers should monitor tracking information and arrange for the parcel to be received promptly.

7. Collector-safe packaging

We understand that the card, blister, display box and outer packaging can form part of a diecast collectible.

We take reasonable care to package orders using materials appropriate to the product, which may include:

  • Protective wrap;
  • Packing paper;
  • Cardboard reinforcement;
  • Appropriately sized shipping boxes;
  • Void-fill material;
  • Product protectors where purchased or included; and
  • Additional reinforcement for higher-value items.

Collector-safe packaging reduces the risk of damage but cannot guarantee completely flawless packaging after transportation.

Minor manufacturing, shelf or transportation imperfections may occur. Product-condition issues are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Shipping collectible packaging

Unless a product listing expressly guarantees a specific packaging grade, we do not guarantee that cards, blisters, boxes or cases will be entirely free from minor imperfections.

Possible minor imperfections may include:

  • Light corner or edge wear;
  • Minor surface marks;
  • Slight blister movement;
  • Small print variations;
  • Minor factory marks; or
  • Other slight imperfections that do not materially affect the product.

Known significant packaging damage will be disclosed where reasonably possible.

Products identified as damaged packaging, scratch and dent, opened, loose, imperfect, clearance or final sale will be shipped in the condition shown and described.

9. Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

  • Recipient name;
  • Street number and street name;
  • Unit or apartment number;
  • City;
  • Province, state or region;
  • Postal or ZIP code;
  • Country; and
  • Any necessary delivery instructions.

Review the address carefully before completing checkout.

Contact us immediately if an address correction is required. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

10. Address changes and package redirection

A request to change or redirect a shipment is not confirmed until we approve it in writing.

Once a parcel has been shipped, the carrier may not permit an address change.

The customer may be responsible for reasonable carrier charges associated with:

  • Address corrections;
  • Package interception;
  • Redirection;
  • Return-to-sender service; or
  • Reshipping.

We will not redirect a parcel to an address that cannot reasonably be verified where fraud or payment-security concerns exist.

11. Combined orders

Separate orders are not automatically combined.

Customers who want multiple orders shipped together must contact us before any of the orders enter fulfillment.

If we approve a combined shipment:

  • Shipping charges may be recalculated;
  • Any refund of excess shipping charges will be determined after the final package is measured;
  • Combining orders may delay shipment; and
  • We cannot guarantee that every separate order can be combined.

Promotional or payment-processing charges may not be refundable.

12. Orders containing in-stock and preorder products

Unless otherwise stated, an order containing both in-stock and preorder products may be held until all products are available.

Customers who want in-stock products shipped immediately should place them in a separate order or contact us before purchasing.

Additional shipping charges may apply when an order is divided into multiple shipments.

Preorder release and arrival dates are estimates and may change because of manufacturer, distributor, customs or transportation delays. Please review our Preorder Policy before placing a preorder.

13. High-value orders and signature requirements

We may require a signature, identity verification or additional shipping protection for higher-value orders.

A signature requirement may be added because of:

  • Order value;
  • Product rarity;
  • Delivery destination;
  • Fraud-prevention concerns;
  • Carrier requirements; or
  • Previous delivery issues.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that an authorized person is available to receive a signature-required package.

Canada Post’s available parcel services differ in tracking, liability coverage and additional coverage options, so the service used may depend on the value and characteristics of an order.

14. Delivered but not received

If tracking states that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Confirm that the shipping address on the order is correct.
  2. Check all doors, entrances, mailboxes and safe-drop locations.
  3. Ask household members, neighbours, reception staff or building management.
  4. Allow until the end of the delivery day, as some scans may occur before final placement.
  5. Contact the carrier using the tracking number.
  6. Contact us promptly if the package remains missing.

We will assist with a reasonable carrier investigation where possible.

A carrier’s delivery scan will be considered evidence of delivery, but it will not eliminate a mandatory consumer right or prevent the customer from providing evidence that the parcel was not delivered correctly.

We do not guarantee that a carrier will approve a loss claim.

15. Lost shipments

A parcel is not automatically considered lost merely because tracking has not updated.

Carrier investigation periods vary depending on the service and destination. We may need to wait until the carrier considers the shipment eligible for a claim.

Customers must reasonably cooperate with the investigation, including providing:

  • Order information;
  • Confirmation of the delivery address;
  • A statement that the parcel was not received;
  • Carrier correspondence; and
  • Any other reasonably necessary information.

Where an order is confirmed lost, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law. Depending on availability and the circumstances, this may include:

  • Replacement;
  • Store credit, with the customer’s agreement; or
  • Refund to the original payment method.

Rare or limited products may not be replaceable.

16. Shipping damage

Inspect the shipping carton and products promptly after delivery.

Contact us within 48 hours where reasonably possible if an order arrives damaged and provide:

  • Order number;
  • Photographs of the shipping box;
  • Photographs of the shipping label;
  • Photographs of all internal packing materials;
  • Photographs of the damaged product and packaging; and
  • A description of the issue.

Do not discard the product, shipping box or packing materials until the claim has been resolved. The carrier may require inspection or additional evidence.

The 48-hour reporting request helps us pursue carrier claims. It does not eliminate a legal right that cannot lawfully be limited.

Damaged products will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

17. Theft after delivery

Customers should select a secure delivery address and monitor tracking information.

Where tracking and other evidence indicate that a parcel was correctly delivered and it was subsequently stolen, the matter may need to be reported to:

  • The carrier;
  • Building management;
  • Local law enforcement;
  • The customer’s credit-card provider or insurer; or
  • Another applicable service provider.

We will provide reasonable supporting order and tracking records. Whether a replacement or refund is available will depend on the evidence, carrier claim, selected shipping service and applicable consumer law.

18. Refused and unclaimed shipments

A refused or unclaimed parcel is not automatically treated as an authorized return.

A shipment may be returned to us because of:

  • Refusal by the recipient;
  • Failure to collect it;
  • An incorrect or incomplete address;
  • Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts;
  • Failure to pay customs or import charges; or
  • A carrier’s inability to complete delivery.

Where legally permitted, reasonable original shipping, return-shipping, redirection and reshipping charges may be deducted from any refund.

Products will not be reshipped until the customer confirms the address and pays any applicable new shipping charges.

19. International shipments

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs inspection;
  • Import duties;
  • Sales or value-added taxes;
  • Brokerage charges;
  • Handling fees;
  • Local delivery charges; and
  • Other government or carrier fees.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Customs authorities determine the applicable charges and processing requirements. We cannot guarantee whether a shipment will incur duties, taxes or brokerage fees.

We will not intentionally undervalue merchandise or falsely identify a commercial purchase as a gift.

20. Customs delays

International delivery estimates do not include guaranteed customs-clearance times.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, inspections or requests for additional information.

Customers are responsible for responding to customs or carrier requests and providing any information necessary to complete importation.

Failure to respond or pay required import charges may result in the parcel being returned, abandoned or destroyed according to the carrier’s or customs authority’s procedures.

21. Local pickup

Local pickup may be offered for selected Canadian orders when displayed during checkout.

Pickup is available only after the customer receives confirmation that the order is ready.

Customers must not arrive before receiving a pickup-ready notification.

The person collecting the order may be required to provide:

  • Order confirmation;
  • Customer name;
  • Government-issued identification; and
  • Written authorization when collecting on behalf of another person.

Pickup availability, location and hours will be provided after the order is ready.

Orders not collected within the stated period may be cancelled, returned to inventory or subject to storage or rescheduling terms where clearly disclosed and legally permitted.

22. Order verification and shipping holds

We may temporarily hold an order while verifying:

  • Payment authorization;
  • Billing information;
  • Shipping information;
  • Customer identity;
  • Unusual ordering activity; or
  • Suspected fraud.

We may request additional information before shipping.

Failure to provide reasonably requested verification may result in cancellation and refund of the order.

23. Restricted products and destinations

Some products may not qualify for all shipping methods or destinations because of:

  • Carrier restrictions;
  • Product dimensions;
  • Product value;
  • Local import laws;
  • Licensing or distribution restrictions; or
  • Service availability.

We may cancel and refund an order that cannot lawfully or reasonably be shipped to the selected destination.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the products they order may legally be imported into and possessed in their destination.

24. Delivery delays and legal rights

We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the promised or estimated period.

Under Ontario consumer-protection rules, certain consumers may have cancellation and refund rights when goods are not delivered within 30 days after the promised delivery date. A customer who accepts a late-delivered item may lose the right to cancel solely because of that delay.

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund, delivery or disclosure right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

25. Changes to this policy

We may update this Shipping and Delivery Policy to reflect changes in:

  • Shipping carriers;
  • Available services;
  • Fulfillment locations;
  • Business operations;
  • Shipping costs; or
  • Applicable laws.

The policy in effect when an order is placed will generally apply to that order, unless a later change is legally required or provides greater protection to the customer.
